I stayed here with my boyfriend for about a week. I would like to point out that the place has great potential, large spaces, good location near Florence, nice pool but despite this we had to deal with several inconveniences, some of which were quite serious. Apart from the fact that we had to buy some things ourselves (such as dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels, which we also left before leaving so that the next roommates could find them) but the room was not thoroughly cleaned and the worst thing was that after the third evening of a strange smell that we smelled, we moved the bed and behind it there were pink/red mold stains as well as ants that came in and out of a hole near the electrical outlet in the room. The thing that surprised me the most, having stayed in numerous structures, that as soon as we discovered all this we immediately notified the host Simone asking for support and the response was late as only the next day he brought us anti-ant product and a lysoform to remove the smell of mold. Obviously we couldn't wait a whole evening for the ants and we went to buy the product ourselves the same day of the discovery. The next day the owner didn't even come in to sell the wall and the mold even though we had repeated it to him. For logistical and personal reasons we stayed the last two nights where we moved the bed to sleep, since in this way the smell was less noticeable and I compromised a spray for the rooms and a freshener. If on the one hand these are dynamics that can happen when you have a farmhouse in the countryside or property, at the same time you have to intervene both for the safety of the guests and because we paid enough also considering the week of August and I expected a different attitude. For this reason we reported everything on Airbnb and the host instead of taking responsibility blamed us by telling us that if we didn't like the smell we should have left and subsequently also left a negative review on the fact that we had not respected the check in and check out times (when in fact we have always spoken and agreed, in fact at check out he told us, as we were leaving, that if we had needed more time he would have let us take it easy since the other guests would arrive the next day. As if that were not enough he did not even notice all the cleaning done in the house and several things left as anticipated. Having said that I was very disappointed by the unprofessional attitude. For the rest, as written at the beginning, the place is nice and can certainly give much more. I hope that this can help Simone to improve his business and attitude.

Località bellissima, casale antico ben ristrutturato. L’unica pecca di questa banca è stata la maleducazione del host del casale. C’è stato un inconveniente dove io e i miei amici abbiamo visto e ammesso di aver sbagliato chiedendo scusa su un bicchiere rotto, l’host ci ha aggredito verbalmente dicendo parolacce. In quanto è stato chiesto scusa! Di una maleducazione intollerabile. Dopo una chiamata per farci spiegare dove si potesse riaccendere la corrente elettrica, chiamandolo ci ha attaccato il cellulare in faccia. Al casale non ci si può dire nulla é vicino al centro, vicino a Firenze e soprattutto immerso nella natura. Ma l’host é stato di una maleducazione assurda forse perché eravamo italiani . Mi dispiace molto perché meriterebbe molto , ma lui non porta alcun rispetto.
