No lift, need to walk up 4 floors with big luggage, very tough for a girl and they won’t help! Room very standard and outside the corridors very scary and not clean!

The hotel was perfectly located, like right in the centre. 1 minute walk to the Dome. I really enjoyed my stay in Florence. The staff was nice. The hotel was fairly clean and the shower was really good. However, the bed was horrible. I felt every mattress spring on my whole body, it was very uncomfortable. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. I stayed 4 nights and the first 2 were fine. However, the last 2 nights a Brazilian couple checked in to the room next door, and I could hear EVERYTHING they said or did as if they were in my room standing next to me. I had to use a white sound machine to black out their noise. Important to mention, they don't turn on the heat or AC unit until later November (according to what the staff said), and it was cold during the night. Also, I got assigned a room in the last floor: floor 4. And there's no elevator and the stairs are steep. So I had to climb 4 floors with my suitcase which was kind of a struggle. Other than that, I would really recommend this hotel because of the price and the location. There's a lot of good restaurants across from the hotel too.

Very good location in the centre and few meters away from attractions and facilities

The room is clean, the workers are very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent, the entire tourist area is close. I recommend it.

It's okay. The main reason is that the location is good. It's very close to the train station and Santa Maria del Fiore Church. The room conditions are average, but they are worthy of the price. When I booked, it was more than 700 per night, which was still a good deal.

Bad, no one is there during working hours

The location of the hotel is convenient, and it doesn't take too much time to go to various attractions. The room is wide and comfortable, with air-conditioning to cool off the heat. Even if it is close to the road, the windows are closed and there is no noise. The only thing is that the tank and basin in the bathroom drain water very slowly, which needs to be improved.

Superb location. Step off the tram from the airport, it’s 200m away. Ideally situated for the historical centre, cafes, and restaurants. The staff deserve a special mention - very friendly and welcoming. A point worth mentioning however, there is no lift. This may be an issue for some.

Excellent location and kindly staff, the only I can complain is about the elevator, was not available for 2nd floor and had to carry my heavy luggage

Overhead shower did not work, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and very small bathroom. Great Wi-Fi and shower heat and pressure.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heat of Florence. It was a short walk to all the interesting places in the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness can be improved

Excellent hotel with everything you need to explore Florence 10 minute walk from the train station 10 minute walk to all the lovely sites Florence has to offer. We had a quad room for 3 nights that was more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, was cleaned daily and the staff on reception were always cheerful and helpful.

The stairs are really steep and long. There is no elevator. If you have luggage, don't stay here.
