Nice clean place, near train station and few minutes to the landmarks.

Good very good

Its near the train station and walkable to the city center. The staff are very friendly. But there is no elevator but they have arranged the first floor for me as i am taking the big luggage myself. There will be a bit noise at night as its near the center. The hotel is a bit old but its okay for short stay.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a total scam. The room was nothing like what was advertised, much smaller, worn out, and missing even basic facilities. There was no proper air conditioning, no hot water, no kettle, nothing at all. The so-called AC made such a loud noise that we had to switch it off, and it didn’t work anyway. We were left with just a table fan and an open window, which made for a completely sleepless night. Thankfully, we only had to stay for a few hours. Huge thanks to Trip.com for their quick and supportive help in resolving this situation.

Hotel Spagna! What a location and such friendly staff. So close to SMN station and to all the closest attractions. The staff are very friendly and check in was so easy. They also are very well informed and helped with recommendations for food/shops. The only "issue" I faced was that the wifi wasn't working for 2 of the 3 nights that I was there. Highly recommend.

No elevator, u will be suffer if u have bag luggage. A good hotel near a station to stay one night or two thats all

Good for quick trip

Not bad, good value for money

No lift, need to walk up 4 floors with big luggage, very tough for a girl and they won’t help! Room very standard and outside the corridors very scary and not clean!

The room was small but everything was nice, and the facilities looked relatively new. It was facing the street but very soundproof; closing the windows kept it quiet. The receptionist was very nice, and it was close to the train station. Florence isn't big, so it's convenient to get around. For the price, it was a good deal.

The hotel's location was excellent. Whenever I got tired while sightseeing, I could return to the accommodation to rest before heading out again. In particular, its proximity to the station meant there were no restrictions on getting around.

The room was clean and I enjoyed using it.

The wall pattern was unique and there is no elevator. Other than that, the reception staff were very kind and everything was great! The location is also good👍

The stairs are narrow and long. The rooms are broken in places, but not to an unbearable extent and are quite spacious, so that's a good thing. Also, the reception staff are very friendly.
