Location is very out of the way, especially if you travel with many luggages (with child, what's new). As the location is awkward, there is no pick up/drop off point for the hotel. Taxi stop is quite a distance away. The worst thing is, hotel doesn't even have a concierge. Be prepared to carry all your luggages yourself. At this price point, definitely not worth it. Oh ya, hotel doesn't provide shower gel, was surprised when I asked for shower gel the Recep told me to use the hand soup.

The hotel is in close proximity to the train station, with a tram right outside the front door. However, the front desk service was not very friendly.

A very updated hotel with a unique shower as shown in picture. It is conveniently located. Outside our room was a view of the tram station. We did not take it because the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We loved the breakfast as there was a pancake making machine.

MH hotel was located 5-10 min walk from Firenze station , with luggage it will be slightly slower. The hotel is well equipped with basic necessities , and is high tech with modern switch devices. Highly recommended to travelers who travelled in Italy via train

Amazing location for us as we arived on the train and left by airport but a tram stop also right outside and I nice 10 min walk to the Center Clean and very new hotel .

Very convenient location, about 5 minutes straight line walk or 1 tram ride away from main train station. New modern renovated hotel with room switches all touch sensor. To open the room door, tap card at sensor then pull the door knob first then push to open. Bring shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Great breakfast. All the staff I met from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.

Best 4 star hotel I have stayed in a long time with great customer service. I arrived in Florence earlier then expected (around 11am) and the hotel allowed us to check in early. The front desk lady were helpful and made the check in process great. Hotel:7 to 9 mins walk from Florence central station I love a good modern hotel and the rooms is huge with touch sensors switches. They even have a nice area to place our bags and hang our jackets. The room comes with a large balcony and overlooks the pool. I love the bathroom as its clean and with all the modern day amenties (including a powerful hairdryer)

Everyday they must come in and clean even with do not disturb sign on your door. No free water but some amenities provided. No supermarket nearby so you need to carry walk with 1.5 litre of water is quite tiring. You have to open the window to have fresh air as the aircon don’t work during this season. This area is not quite I can hear neighbour kids playing and shouting, ambulances quite a few times(day or late at night)

I had a great stay and this hotel provided us a great support, for example keeping our luggage. In addition, this hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Not feel cozy . Building was like a plastic built with lego. Hard to get attention from the staffs. They were busy talking chitchatting with themselves. Even carrefour more feel welcomed than here. Never choose this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for a nice couples getaway. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to the train station and a short walk to the middle of town. Hard to fault this place.

Brand new hotel, steps away from the central station. Walking distance to the centre of the city and all the tourist areas. A metro stop also right our the front. The spa facilities was a great bonus to discover
