Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Rooftop bar has great views of the old city but unfortunately no food options. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, lovely hotel very nicely appointed room. Good decoration and nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good. There is only arranged parking through the hotel as it is in ZTL zone and is expensive at a minimum of €35 for a small car which increases the cost of the stay. Other than that, excellent.

The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. The location is good. However, the hotel is very old and tired. The beds were hard as a rock. They even gave me a thin mattress topper but it was like putting that in the floor-so still a very hard bed. We had the two bedroom suite. All it is is two separate rooms which when you books it as a suite, they are close together. However, it’s no suite. Even the towels were torn apart. I would give it a 3 stars only because the people were nice. But in no way is this a 5 star hotel.

However, I was very unhappy with some points that I will not stay at this hotel again, starting with a receptionist, who asked for a credit card, even though my stay was fully paid, when she said that she didn't have a credit card and I always pay everything in cash, the employee treated me with disgust and distrust, as if I couldn't stay in this hotel financially, I then received my keys and went to a small and simple room, not compatible with a 4 star hotel, where I was very cold because I didn't have blanket, at 4:00 in the morning I woke up with a scream under my window, because it was Sunday and people were leaving clubs, until 5:30 in the morning there was a lot of noise on the street. But the thin walls looked like cardboard and at 5:30 in the morning the doors slamming and talking in the hallway started, and when I finally managed to fall asleep at exactly 8:00 in the morning the church bell almost inside my room started to ring. every 15 minutes. Anyway, after an 18 hour plane ride I chose the wrong hotel to rest. After the delicious breakfast I wanted to take pictures of the mezzanine that was closed and only opens at night.
