The location was good and there was a supermarket next door, so it was very convenient.
They were able to keep my luggage at the reception, which was helpful on my last day.

The hotel is located near the train station and not far from various attractions. There are simple tableware for eating at the front desk, and there is also a refrigerator and water glasses in the room. It is very thoughtful.

The location is excellent, being located right next to the Firenze SMN central station, but there are several nameplates posted at the building entrance, and the different nameplates stand out, so we overlooked them and thought we were not the right building, wandering around and getting a little anxious... but when we checked carefully, we found that there was nothing there...^^;
Breakfast was at the cafe opposite, so we thought it would be fine to bring our own...^^;
I also felt that the prices were reasonable compared to hotels in Florence.
The amenities were almost nonexistent compared to Japan! But I guess they were normal for a European hotel.
Anyway, it was convenient because the station was close (there was a supermarket next door).

The location is particularly advantageous, right next to the train station, a 2-minute walk away. Check-in is from 14:00-16:00. If you miss the time, the front desk will be closed, but it’s okay. They will contact you and inform you of the door password.

Location: less than 5 minute walk from main station. Grocery store Conrad city is just downstairs, with food options nearby.
Service: gated building, small flight of stairs initially but the main stairwell has a lift available for luggage. Reception is not 24/7 however, so please take note on hours. They also let us place the luggage after checking out for free. The reception also kindly highlighted nearby attractions and food recommendations.
Amenities: room is large and spacious, clean, large wardrobe. Toilet clean, heated, with hot water. Kettle available. Room is exactly as pictured.

The location is very good. It's very fast to go anywhere by walking downstairs, but it's just not easy to find. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is especially satisfying for Chinese stomachs! Breakfast is across the street, but it's pretty good.
