Hotel Familiar .. con Excelente atención y comodidades.. la habitación hermosa y todo nuevo y de calidad . Me encantó la ubicación y lo amable del personal que está para resolver cualquier inconveniente. Servicio de playa con sombrilla y sillas ..Pileta exterior con tobogán, pileta climatizada, sala de juegos, sauna , gimnasio y estacionamiento. Lo super recomiendo y volvería sin dudar .

Minha estadia foi excelente, hotel limpo, organizado, oferece boas comodidades como restaurante, aparelhos de academia e piscina fria e aquecida, o que foi excelente no período do inverno. Só acrescento que nas duas estadias que estive neste hotel, constatei que as torneiras e os chuveiros, mesmo apertando bem, não fecham completamente e vaza água. O hotel tem que verificar as instalações hidráulicas.

el hotel es horrible, todo sucio , las habitaciones grandes pero el mobiliario un desastre, no te dan agua para beber solo el 1er dia de cortesia , el aseo y limpieza es horrible, la cama y sabanas un desastre este hotel no cumple con los requisitos para ser un hotel superior , no da ni para hostal , mi estadia fue horrible y no volveria jamas

Las piezas son de baja calidad, muy antiguas, cuando llegamos una cama no tenía sabanas y el recepcionista era prepotente. Falta aromatizar el hotel ya que huele bastante a comida y humedad. Los pasillos son deprimentes

Excellent hotel, very close to Praia Brava, with an excellent swimming pool, a very good slide for children and an excellent location. Comfortable room and restaurant food was reasonably priced and very tasty. I would definitely return to this guesthouse.

Reservamos seis diárias com bastantes antecedência e no segundo dia já tenho vontade de ir embora. Pagamos pouco mais de R$1.000 a diária. Pesquisei o valor da diária do dia e está mais da metade do preço. A chave do quarto não abria a porta, solicitei chave extra não tinha. Recepção do hotel não ofereceu outra opção. Sequer ofereceram outro quarto. Os quartos não de pode pisar pé descalço, tem poeira e areia no chão, limpeza deixou a desejar. Quartos velhos, sem manutenção, com furos de cupim na madeira, ar condicionado barulhentos, cortinas sujas. No bar pedi caipirinha de limão descascado o garçom disse que faria só daquela vez, sim dessa maneira foi a resposta, que os limões são cortados antes e não é possível descascar. Esperei mais de 30 min a conta do bar para pagar. Atendimento deixou a desejar.

The hotel has a great location to go to the beach, very good service by the staff. Now it is old and needs some improvements. The room is spacious but the double bed is terrible, they are two beds together. double bed ñ two singles together. The coffee is very varied but the cakes are dry, they need to change the supplier, the rest was ok.

A localização do hotel é boa. Bem pertinho do mar, porém nas acomodações deixam a desejar. Ficamos cinco dias no hotel, a televisão não funcionou em nenhum dia. O banheiro, a descarga só estragada, precisei chamar duas ou três vezes para consertar. Atendimento na portaria muito ruim. Você fala e parece que não te ouvem. Cafébda manhã sem variedade, servem todos os dias as mesmas coisas, o suco é em pó. Toda hora tem um vendedor te cercando na porta pra te vemder produtos. Comida do restaurante não agradei, salgada no preço e atendimento ruim. Não recomendo esse hotel.
