The room was not what we saw in the photos. Very dated, shower drain was blocked, bed linen was dirty. We decided to complain to reception and they upgraded us to a “premium room”. The room was a little better, but again the bed linen was dirty and there was an unpleasant old smell. Breakfast could offer more hot meals. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated.

Hotel muito bem estruturado, cama muito boa e grande. Quarto espaçoso. Equipe cortes e educadíssima. Café da manhã, ótimo, com variedades e reposições. Estacionamento pago à parte, mas fora isso, nada a reclamar.
