Fácil acesso, boa localização e atendimento muito bom.
A cama adicional dada para meu filho era um sofá cama.. o que nem sempre é muito confortável, deveriam ter avisado. Ainda bem que para crianças é mais fácil se adaptar

Estavamos em 3 pessoas, o quarto suporta as 3 pessoas. Excelente localzaxao para quem vai como fomos para um congresso na ufsc, proximo de restaurantes e acesso a outros lugares na cudade. Cafe da manha muito bom, com doces muito saborosos, poram a limpeza, arrumacao do quarto e reposicao dos utensilios do banheiro foram pessimas. Ficamos 2 noites. Nao arrumaram o quarto, so jogaram a colcha por cima da cama com lencois todo embolado, nao ocorreram reposicos de papel higienico, shampo e sabonete. O copo utilizado e deixado dentro da pia ficou do mesmo lugar

Pessoal educado, limpeza sempre bem feita, teve problema na agua quente, poderiam ter avisado fiquei esperando um tempão a agua esquentar, e depois poderiam ter enchido menos agua no "tanque" p ela esquentar mais rapido, levou muitas horas p esquentar.

Hotel limpo, equipe prestativa e educada. As toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade, assim como não havia garagem disponível para estacionarmos o carro, estacionamento lotado, a qualidade dos produtos de higiene deixa a desejar. O café da manhã já apresentou bolos e tortas mais sortidos. Destaque para o leite sem lactose, poderiam adicionar manteiga sem lactose. É um hotel 3 estrelas.
