Hotel num Geral bom pelo preço que oferece, porém algumas observações: Cobram estacionamento separado e o carro fica exposto na frente do hotel, sem cobertura e sujeito ao sol e mal tempo. O primeiro hotel até hoje, que nos cobrou R$ 6,00 por uma térmica de água quente ( poderia ser tranquilamente uma cortesia).

Fiquei insatisfeito por ter pagar o ajuste de 320reais, so porque adicionei o volume de hospedagem errado na reserva, sendo 1hospedes ou 3hospedes estava no mesmo preço, achei esse hotel muito explorado pelo hospedes.

Bem organizado e limpo, café da manha muito bom. Amplo espaço na area comum com piscina e bar. Proximo a ponte e centro de Floripa. Funcionarios atenciosos e educados. O estaciomento é pago. Quarto amplo e arejado com uma janela enorme com vista para o mar.

O hotel é bom, tem uma boa localização, o quarto era sempre limpo, troca de toalhas e roupas de cama, funcionários educados e simpáticos, o café da manhã muito bom, cama muito confortável. A única sugestão que tenho é de colocar uma tv smart, infelizmente peguei dias de chuva na minha viagem e teria sido melhor se conseguisse ver Netflix

Quarto bem confortável. Bastante tomada no quarto. Tem TV com canais fechados. Acomodações bem limpas. Bom atendimento. Bem localizado, com Mc Donalds em frente ao hotel, perto de 2 super mercados.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Apenas pondero que o Wifi no 4º andar não pegava muito bem.
Também sugiro que no box do banheiro coloquem um suporte para shampoo, condicionador. Como só tem suporte para sabonete, o shampoo e condicionador tiveram que ficar no chão.
No mais, tudo ótimo! Recomendo.

Atendimento sem dúvidas é o diferencial, tanto o rapaz da recepção noturna quanto o manobrista são super simpáticos, o quarto é bonito e confortável, tudo muito organizado, porém o café da manhã não é tão bom, não tem variedade e não é saboroso
