A qualidade do serviço de atendimento na área da piscina e da praia pelo Restaurante Fajã foi muito ruim. O tempo de espera para receber um simples refrigerante ou uma cerveja era de quase 10 minutos, parece que não tem um gerente no restaurante para ficar atento aos hóspedes e seus pedidos.

Foi uma estadia surpreendente, Os pontos fortes foram a Recreação, meus filhos amaram e dava para ver o carinho , dedicação e alegria do pessoal da Recreação: tio Brocolis, Maskara , Cebola , Moana com certeza ficaram na memória de Helena e Luca. Nunca vi nada igual. Outro ponto forte foi a camareira Angela, extremamente caprichosa era visivel quando ela arrumava nosso quarto, realmente diferenciada! Todos atendentes gentis e prestativos, mesmo nao sendo alta temporada o funcionamento do hotel estava perfeito! Com certeza voltaremos!
