The quality of service in the pool and beach area at Restaurante Fajã was very poor. The waiting time to receive a simple soft drink or beer was almost 10 minutes, it seems that there is no manager in the restaurant to keep an eye on guests and their orders.

Hermoso hotel, super completo. Ideal para familia, el espacio kids es super lindo y entretenido gracias a sus animadores. Brocoli, Batata, Papa y Moana entretuvieron a mis hijos con un montón de actividades hermosas. Muy completo el hotel, con acceso y atención en la playa impecable. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Volveremos.

El hotel cuenta con buena infraestructura, buena atención, limpio, ordenado, pero . . . . existen particularidades que resultaron menos atractivas. Lo primero es que vendan el agua para consumir (tema impensado para este tipo de hotel), que cobren por el descorche $60 un valor excesivo y algunas personas de su staff solo hablan portugués tema contradictorio para un hotel de turismo.

A estrutura e bem legal pra quem vai com crianças, tem o parque, piscina aquecida , o acesso a praia é ótimo, o café da manha e bem completo porem pra quem tem restrição alimentar fica um pouco a desejar . O atendimento em geral e bem bom os funcionários sao uns amores agora o hotel em si e muito velho e e por isso muito sujo e encardido nao tem conforto nenhum pois vc vai pra descansar as portas dos quartos tem um espaço enorme fica fresta de luz e toda vez que a.luz do corredor acende clareia o quarto todo .
