Rien à voir à Florida City, mais hotel très bien situé pour être à la fois aux portes de la route des Keys, et à proximité des Everglades. Qualité, confort, propreté, hotel parfaitement conforme à nos attentes.

Our family spent two nights here and it worked out very well. We drove from East Tennessee and were looking for something just outside the Keys that would be cheaper. We drove back and forth from Key Largo one day and the drive was not bad at all. This hotel is right off the main road so it is easy to find. There is a Cracker Barrel, Walgreens and Starbucks right in front of the hotel and a Circle K gas station across the street. There are other restaurants nearby and a Wal-Mart about two blocks away so the location is very convenient. The room was a good size and it’s nice having a refrigerator with an actual freezer. Breakfast isn’t extensive but it was just fine for us. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

The room size accomodate easily 5 guess. The kitchen area is well equiped except for the cooktop which can be required. The breakfast which is included in the price doesn't have a big variety, it's the basic. Quality/price was ok for thr night

Stopped here on way to keys. Room was very large, clean had all amenities. 2 mins away is a Walmart for any refreshment needs. Def stay again

Shady. Had to cancel a one night stay due to a flight cancellation and rescheduling of a meeting to a different location. Over a 4 hour period, I called the hotel to discuss the situation. The hotel front desk confirmed the reservation in the “in-house system” without my permission. I was supposed to get a call from Carlos regarding a refund. 3 hours no call. Called back to find that Brandon assumed we knew no call meant tough luck. He said call back in 4 days bc the manager would be back then. Brandon said the hotel would charge the credit card immediately. We spoke with corporate who informed us that once the reservation is taken in-house corporate can’t help. Since we did not confirm the reservation, it had to be the hotel. Shady business tactics over a one night stay!? Why? Seems desperate and shady. Corporate said they are reporting the tactics to HQ and Hilton does not treat guests this way. Both of us were quiet, calm, polite and reasonable with every employee to be treated with disgust and disrespect by this one location. Just choose another hotel in the chain but don’t expose yourself to this hotel’s trickery.
