Customer service was nonexistent. I stayed for 3 nights. Room had only two towels and two wash cloths and half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the night clerk for towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper on the second night of our stay. He refused to give me fresh towels, wash cloths and told me to use the facial tissue for toilet paper. Being an assistant guest services manager at a hotel this was unacceptable. Unless they have extensive customer service training for their guest service representatives, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
