Dårlige parkeringsforhold. Ingen råd/hjelp til parkering. Dobbeltrommet hadde enkeltromstørrelse. Sengen var forferdelig og både jeg og min kone fikk ryggsmerter etter en natt. Dårlig utrustet rom. Med en pris på over 2000 per natt bør rommet inneholde vannkoker og skoskje. I restauranten hadde kelneren ingen kunnskaper om sjenking/behandling av vin. Ved nabobordet ble rødvinen ristet før sjenking. Jeg ba om dekantering av vinen som vi hadde bestilt. De visste selvfølgelig ikke hva dette var. Etter at jeg fortalte at vinen burde helles over i decanter for å unngå bunnfall og for å lufte vinen - tok de vinen inn på kjøkkenet og kom tilbake med en vannkaraffel med lett grumset rødvin. Det var svært trangt under frokosten. En kaffekanne stod fremme. Den var tom før vi kom og ble ikke etterfyllt i løpet av den tiden vi oppholdt oss i frokostrestauranten.

Ein wahres Juwel in Norwegen! Dieses Hotel hat mich von Anfang bis Ende beeindruckt und verdient meiner Meinung nach die volle Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung. Die Qualität und der Service hier sind auf dem Niveau eines erstklassigen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, und es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Rezeptionist Erik. Sein Humor und seine Flexibilität haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Erik war stets darauf bedacht, sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Seine herzliche Art und sein Sinn für Humor haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und makellos sauber, das Frühstück bot eine breite Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen, und die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt, um die Schönheit Norwegens zu erkunden. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel Quality in Norwegen wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und vor allem an Erik für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft

Un accueil adorable, literie parfaite et par dessus tout la meilleure table de l’endroit. L’étape à ne pas louper. Après 4 ou 5 séjours en moins de trois mois, j’ai pu mesurer la permanence de la qualité de l’hôtel comme de son restaurant. Rien n’est laissé au hasard et tout est fait pour le bien-être du client.
