This hotel is our home away from home. The staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is always well stocked and serviced, and the gym and pool are ultra convenient. Thank you for always going above and beyond to accommodate our family.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times, but have neglected to sign up for the rewards program. When checking in Shun asked if I was a rewards member. When I stated ‘no but planned to’ she registered me for the program. I appreciate her attention to detail and efficiency managing my check in. Shun went above and beyond. She made me feel welcome and was very polite during check out the next day.

No housekeeping service. Our room was a mess. Had to request fresh towels and coffee at 11:00 pm. Will never stay her again. The manager should understand that I want my bed made up for over $200 night. Marriott should be embarrassed to have this property.

This will be the only hotel we will stay at in the future when we are in the Jackson MS area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked! The breakfast was fresh with many hot options. The items were refilled before running out unlike other hotels where we have stayed. The location is very convenient to many shops and restaurants. We walked across the parking lot to Outback Steak House one night and had a great meal. The best thing about this hotel is that it is obviously very well managed and the employees are trained to respect the customer!!!
