The room we got smelled like smoke, the linens were dirty with stains, towels were yellowing and had big stains on them, outside had cigarette butts all over and smelled bad

I've stayed here several times. I have never had any problems or issues with the hotel or staff. Easy in easy out.

Viny was such a helpful person. I stayed 7 nights alone because my mom was hospitalized 3 hours from my home. I felt safe entering and leaving the hotel. They were constantly cleaning. The room was clean and well kept. Jackson is a large place, but i felt secure in my"home away from home". Every time i returned they asked about my mom. They felt like family in my time of need. I checked out because my mom passed. I will recommend that hotel to anybody needed a room.

We found the breakfast very good and the front porch was so inviting it almost felt like home. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely make a return visit.
