Her şey mükemmeldi. Otel personeli çok anlayışlı ve güleryüzlüydü bize karşı. Bulunduğu yer zaten çok merkezi, plajın dibinde. Kedilerimi de götürdük rahat ettiler. Çok teşekkürler 😍

Just arrived back from a lovely 18 night stay here at Golden Moon Hotel. Rooms have had a re vamp from last year & are very nice, although I did miss the chair . The bathroom is unchanged atm. Bedding & towels changed & room cleaned every day. We didn’t do breakfast but lots of guests did. We where in room 202 and didn’t hear any dogs, cats, cars ect Air conditioning we fully working. Bar staff lovely, Alex & his brother ( sorry I forgot) If I had a gripe or two it would be , 1 - the grids around the pool where dirty & looked like they could do with a good scrub & the grid by the steps where broken . 2 - the grass in areas was mud, so when you got out the pool you needed flip flops on to walk back to your bed , my husband didn’t & got mud everywhere, on the towels , floor ect And also the sunbed mattress looked really bad Apart from that all good. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Lovely room plenty of storage room cleaned daily towel change daily and linen alternative Day. Pool area clean pool lovely. Efes 100tl and soft drinks 60tl. Lovely run hotel have to pay extra for air con £5 a day fridge £30 a week late check out £35

Very clean and extremely well appointed for its price point. Nice location to the swimming beach in Fethiye, but 10 minutes in a taxi to the old town or Otogar.
Comfy beds. Nice pool area. Would stay again

This hotel is a small family run hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the bar staff, breakfast staff and the night receptionist. Our room was small and the balcony was tiny without the best of views but is was adequate. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed most days. The bed linen was also changed during the week we were there. The location is very good as it is in walking distance of many bars, shops and restaurants as well as the water taxis. Before we arrived quite a few sites said there would be, a fridge, safe and tea / coffee facilities in the room. There wasn't unless you paid, so be aware. The actual hotel site does not state this but many others did. Our only real complaint was the continuous barking of the hotel dogs, especially one very large one. As there were several other dogs at the hotel when one started quite often others joined in. It kept us awake sometimes at night, and woke us several mornings early as well as barking during the day when trying to relax. Quite a few of the guests were complaining amongst themselves.

Mayıs ayında rezervasyon yapmıştık, ödeme için bizi sonra arayacaklarını söylemişlerdi. Arayan olmayınca biz dönüş yaptık, rezervasyonunuz görünmüyor dediler. Aradığımız gün tarih saat hatta konuşma süresi belirttik, özür dilemek yerine yeniden rezervasyon yaparız ama fiyat değişti dediler. Erkenden niye aradık o zaman erken rezervasyonun manası ne diye çıkışınca tamam anlaştığımız fiyattan olsun dediler. Tepki göstermesek hatalarını kabul etmeyecekler. Odalar geniş ferah fakat temizlik orta, oda içi iyi ama banyo felaket fotosunu ekledim. Trajikomik bi şekilde bozuk banyo kapısını açmamız için TORNAVİDA verdiler,tamir etmek ya da oda değiştirmek yerine... İlk defa bir otelde buzdolabı kiralandığını gördüm. Konumu ve otoparkının olması iyi. Hayvan dostu olmaları güzel. Fakat bu artılar burada kalmak için yetersiz, bir daha asla kalmam

Very old un unmaintained property ! Pictures are totally different than reality !!! We stayed in four different hotels in Turkey during our 14 days trip and this was the worst one ever !
