excellent friendly layback hotel superb breakfast stunning views from seafront rooms which are cleaned daily the staff are very nice and helpful and cannot do enough for you would defenitly return again this year

We booked this as all we ever need in Turkey is a good reliable base to sleep/ shower and have breakfast. We are always out everyday exploring so there’s never a need for an additional pool etc, and with this hotel it is located next to Çalis beach. Excellent hotel run by very good staff. We booked this via another booking site who do not deserve a mention or any other publicity. (See my other review about that experience) However back to the hotel, these guys truly care about their hotel and the experience customers actually have while staying there. The rooms are cleaned everyday by excellent ladies. Breakfast is varied and fresh. Buffet style but good quality, and again the staff are excellent. On the front desk, everyone very friendly including the managers. To summarise, highly recommended!!!

Thanks to the lady at the reception who helped us, we checked in to the hotel nicely.
The holiday became mediocre as we saw the basic deficiencies in the room.
-There is no mini refrigerator in the room, a refrigerator is provided extra for an extra fee.
-There is no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper stays on the cistern.
-There is no place to hang hand towels in the bathroom.
-The balcony door is difficult to open, you have to shoulder the door to close it.
-The beds are not orthopedic, they are crooked.
-Cleaning was mediocre.
-The location was good, but the beach was not its own and the sea was not very clean.
-I don't think there's any point in paying too much money here.

Excellent location at the beach, near shops, restaurants and dolmus stops. Pleasant staff. Kettle in the room with coffees, teas, sugar and coffee mate. Stayed 2 nights for a weekend break and the cleaner came after the first night to clean. Also a large bottle of water in the room and a hairdryer. Buffet breakfasts were good.

Hotel Berlin is a place where the sheets and towels are not changed every day and the rooms are cleaned only superficially. Despite this, we were planning to come again next year due to its good location. On the day we left, due to a misunderstanding, the woman who owned the hotel shouted at the top of her voice on the street in front of the hotel and embarrassed us with her gestures and facial expressions. Since we did not raise our voices, he went even further and started insulting us. We can truly say that we were disgraced with our money. We had to understand that she is a sullen woman who does her job without loving it. There are nicer hotels with friendly staff in the area, unfortunately we saw them later…

Lovely hotel which has a boutique feel....stunning views from our balcony...has a small lift and Eva and her family cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was buffet and a choice of cooked omelette or fried eggs...lovely feesh bread and nothing missing...hotel is at the centre of Calis Beach

A very cosy hotel in a great location right on the beach. Directly from the balcony offers a stunning view of the sunsets, which are incredibly beautiful here. Breakfast is delicious, varied and fresh. It is especially pleasant to have breakfast in an open area overlooking the sea. Great service! This is a family hotel and the owners are very welcoming and take care of you at a high level! Recommend to stay at this hotel in Fethiye
