Siamo stati due giorni in questo posto meraviglioso, nonostante il tempo non fosse dei migliori il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. La stanza dove abbiamo dormito era pulitissima e accogliente, immerso nel verde, una coccola. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Valentina persona sempre presente per ogni evenienza, un plauso va’ al Direttore Fabrizio, cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente ! Consigliatissimo !!!!!

Hotel molto accogliente,per noi uno dei migliori in Umbria !stanze pulire e molto confortevoli ,personale disponibile ,gentile e molto educato !la colazione ottima e abbondante con dolci preparati direttamente da loro DELUZIOSI che dire Valentina sempre molto attenta ai dettagli molto presente e disponibile .Il direttore Fabrizio molto professionale e attento ad ogni esigenza dei clienti !peccato che si possono dare 5 stelle perché in realtà ne avrei date 100 per noi alluviare qui è come essere a casa è sempre un piacere! Sono stato in questa struttura per lavoro in diverse occasioni. Locatin dove cortesia, buon gusto e professionalità si abbinano alla perfezione. Personale semore disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Le stanze sono, oltre che eleganti, sempre pulitissime e l'igene è priorità assoluta. La colazione è varia con una torta della nonna spettacolare. Il ristorante è molto accogliente e la cucina è di alto livello. Sarà srmpre la mia tappa fissa ogni volta che mi recherò a Foligno e dintorni.

Arrivati in Hotel la prima cosa che colpisce sono i vari bollini messi in bella evidenza sulla porta d'ingresso dei vari siti come Tripadvisor con scritto ECCELLENTE.... ma di eccellente ho solo trovato l'indifferenza del personale di questo posto. Camera pulita ma per puffi, il bagno con misure ridicole, 2metri per 1,50 metri, l'ho misurato, all'entrata segni di infiltrazioni d'acqua, letti singoli accostati per formare un letto matrimoniale con materassi e cuscini scomodissimi, tanto che non abbiamo dormito per tre notti. "Consiglio": invece di investire i soldi in lampade costose, comprate dei cuscini decenti. Mi sono lamentato alla reception e la risposta è stata poco professionale e nessun provvedimento preso in merito al cuscino che sembrava riempito di stracci. il decoder per Sky non funzionante, per la verità c'è stato un tentativo da parte di un addetto di metterlo a posto dicendomi che avrebbe mandato qualcuno per aggiustarlo...io lo sto ancora aspettando...Non parliamo poi della colazione, dozzinale e di scarsa qualità, e poi se vuoi una spremuta la paghi a parte......sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questo hotel a meno che non siete masochisti e vi piace farvi del male...
