Folkestone (Channel Tunnel)

Sadly this was an awful experience from the minute we arrived too leaving . Thankfully we were only there one night ! The room was boiling and we had little sleep . They took payment for my room twice and still haven’t sorted it as promised . The evening dining was horrendous we waited over an hour for our meals which were wrong !

Note well: The annexe is not served by a lift but the main hotel is. The hotel is near a retail park, but this is on the outskirt of Folkestone. It is a 500 m walk to get to the bus stop into town. It is nearer Folkestone west than Folkestone Central train station. It appeared likely that you might bump into builders in the pub called something like 'the brickyard'.

What can I say absolutely amazing the hotel is clean and tidy the staff are amazing anything you wanted you got and questions needed answering you got answered nothing was too much trouble Two members of staff stood out they where The manager Tasha she was out of this world and Tatia I think that was her name sorry if not these members of staff are and were and amazing thankyou

Located only 3 miles from the terminal, staying here for an early train makes such good sense. Too many times we've encountered drama on the M20 and missing our train as a result. This Premier Inn removes the element of chance!

Room ok, staff polite, location good. No hot water for shower in room. Reported this to staff, who simply gave out a guest-relations contact card - but I can't clean myself with a guest-relations card after a long, tiring journey! No practical solution to the problem. Disappointed that we were paying a premium rate (for the area) to have a room with no hot water. Other guests were also complaining about this problem. Wake up Premier Inn - stop taking your paying guests for granted :(

First of all i was put in the wrong room so my name didn't match my booking. When coming in the second night my key card didn't work, after asking the receptionist for help with the key she questioned me in doubt that i was the person on the booking. After reminding her of their incompetence she questioned me horribly and made me literally feel like a criminal. She really needs to learn how to speak to people better and just explain why she was questioning rather than ignore my questions when i kept asking what the problem was. Customer service is horrible, wouldnt recommend at all

Poor basic dusty room non working toilet banging around on above room .no food available in bar restaurant. Will not be staying there again

The room was cold as the window was open I guess to try and get rid of the moldy smell. We have stayed before in the main building and it was all ok,

Hotel very close to the tunnel, good for an early start. Pub on site and parking. Easy self check in.
