Hot tub wasn't available. Staff did inform us on check in. Room wasn't cleaned well before we checked in. My toiletries bag was wet from water on the floor after arriving. The game room had machines not working. Restaurant attached was nice and had great service. The pool was also nice and warm.

Waste of time and money
Floor was sticky in room and couldn’t breathe in the room due to mold checked out after 10 minutes

Two night stay for Packer game. We had a two queen standard room. We have stayed here before with no problems so decided to revisit. Very clean room comfortable beds. Only problem was a slow drain but did not cause any issues. Our stay included a free breakfast which had a good variety although second day did not include any fruit which was missed. Couple items were cold (French toast and pancakes) and one undercooked (scrambled eggs). A microwave in the breakfast area would have solved that with no complaints. Also complimentary bar drinks were included (one per guest) Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was near capacity but very quiet.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. The hot tub was out if order. We were looking forward to soaking. The water in our room was very cloudy and smelled of chlorine. Had to use bottled water to make our coffee and brush our teeth. When we tried to open the refrigerator it actually pulled right out of the cabinet! Not secured at all and very unsafe. The property is nice but very outdated. Probably would not stay again.

This hotel is older and tired. The hallways reeked of chlorine. Breakfast would have been good had it been hot. My French toast and bacon were cold. Our room was nicely decorated, but the bathroom was odd. It had a large handicap hand rail next to the toilet, but you had to climb into a tub to shower.
