Good room for the price. Nothing fancy just dependable and affordable.

The bed was uncomfortable, but clean. The continental breakfast was average and minimal choices.

Nice clean place and a good price.

Close and convenient to restaurants, shopping and events.

Nice clean accommodations...and quieter than I expected due to location close to 41. I have another trip to the Fond du Lac area next month and will be booking here.

The pilow cases had the smell of body oder. The sheet were not crips and clean. I had no choice but to stay the night........disappointed.

Me : 59 years old and 30 years in hospitality at executive level for 4- 5 star properties . Stayed at this property as my mother was in hospital in Fond du lac and it was for me just to try and have the peace and quiet during this time as family dealt with possible leg amputation and all that goes along with that . I was trying to save some money as the hospital and outpatient costs are already eating me up ...as you can imagine. I had 'privacy' door hanger on all week and for the most part everything was ok ...according to the standards I would expect from a lower caliber property...except for two complaints I MADE about the constant smoke and ********* smell coming from rooms near me ( I have asthma) for my last 3 days there and a couple arguing loudly at 230 am. and then my heating wouldn't shut off on my second day until I reset the unit by pulling the plug! Woke up drenched in sweat. * I then complained on my third day that it sounded like construction was going on above me . When I investigated they said " so sorry we are doing a deep clean ". (Laughable considering my room !) Well they decided to do all the banging and furniture moving / ' deep cleaning' in the two rooms directly above me, even after I specifically asked for a quiet room!!!...and even after I specifically stated my mother's situation and that I needed quiet and rest?! They actually just smiled and ..laughed when I asked to please stop ?! *Still trying to be nice ...I chalked it up to a language barrier. Then I check out after a full week: I take garbage cans and all garbage / line up for housekeeper, pile towels for easy cleanup etc etc . I left room nearly immaculate! All they had to do was change the sheets (after a week of not changing ) , vacuum ( after a week of not vacuuming ) , replace the towels ( after a week of no new towels ) etc etc etc.... ( and this is what I always do for the hard working housekeepers of any hotel!! ) . Then I get a call/message from a woman identified only as 'housekeeper'; she states I left 'burn hole in shower curtain'. Now-- I saw a burn hole in shower curtain ; as well as bed spread/ blanket ,garbage under the desk tv unit, rusty door casings with paint falling ( this left rust mark on my freshly ironed dress shirt!), iron that looked like it burned a garment with black residue and then left residue on my shirt, food in freezer unit from previous guests, a weird bolt on floor ,...as well as major paint splatter all around bathroom outlets , leak stains behind toilet, rusty toilet bolts, various scratches and wall paint gouges , tv that kept going from blinding bright to hardly able to see, 'manager' who parked in the guest Veteran assigned spot, a young couple across hallway arguing loudly at 230 am through the next day, very loud banging noises , breakfast that wasn't fresh ( orange juice made me gag, putrid waffle mix) , SMOKERS galore , etc etc etc etc etc etc. I didn't expect perfect at this rating and price so it di
