If you want to be woken up every morning at 7:30 by leaf blowers and cleaning crews in the hallway... ideal. There is almost always music at the pool and other places on the property, and the dining room and lounges are extremely loud. Not a hotel for those looking for peace and quiet. Tennis courts are made of concrete with a minimal amount of sand on them. Otherwise OK, good beds, average food, warm pool, very good value for money. A sports hotel.

Excellent. A really friendly hotel, lovely helpful staff. Food good, rooms nice. Very clean, very comfortable. A good hotel if you’re sporty, lots going on. A nice location for getting around Cala Ratjada is only a walk away and it’s beautiful, a costal path very pretty. There is a superb market there on a Saturday , selling some lovely Majorcan crafts . There weren’t any toiletries provided by the Hotel, just a soap dispenser. English TV is a bit limited Quite chilly in the evenings, but then it is only April. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel.

This was our first all-inclusive package holiday experience and we had a wonderful time. The team who run the mini club are brilliant (big love to Marta!) and our 5 year old absolutely loved it. The facilities are really nice and all the staff are so friendly. It is a very sporty resort with lots of visiting clubs and teams; but they were all very polite and I was able to relax by the pool with hardly any sun lounger competition! Whilst my husband had a great time doing some of the coastal walks and swimming in the proper pool with lanes. The beach over the road is beautiful but you don’t need to leave the hotel complex to have a wonderful holiday there. We’ll absolutely go back again next year.

Beautiful, spacious and well-kept complex, beautiful location, well-kept and modern rooms, good food and very friendly staff. Perfect, if it weren't for one flaw... We had booked "all inclusive" as a family. Unfortunately, this was time-limited (at the bar until 11 p.m.) and came with some unclear surcharges. This could certainly be made simpler and more transparent.

Very disappointing first stay at Beach Club Font De SA Cala. We visited for a week from 23/3/24 - 30/3/24 as a family of 6, which included 2 children aged 9 and 7. Negatives: • this hotel is NOT a place for families to have a relaxing holiday - the hotel is overrun with HUGE sports groups, swimming/tennis/ football - all of which seemed to think they were more important than any other guests there, so therefore took precedence over 'normal' people on holiday - the hotel should be advertised as such, it isn't! • staff seemed to favour other nationalities, particularly German speaking, bar staff, restaurant staff - German nationalities were served first - all the children's entertainment was spoken in German, which my 9 and 7 year old didn't understand a word of but joined in to the best of their abilities. • Children from other visitors (the huge sports groups!) were left to run riot day and night - unsupervised in the pool, within the hotel, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, around the bar area at night, ruining and disrupting the kids disco. No manners or awareness of other visitors trying to enjoy their holiday. • There was a big groups of kids from Juventus Brazil football training team, supposedly being watched by adults - rude as anything, pushed Infront of guest in the queues for food, pushed around you when walking up and down the stairs, bashed into our kids, loud and shouting during lunch (was that loud and unruly it felt like we were sat in a school lunch hall) • Was very disappointing to see that no staff from the hotel challenged any of this behaviour from these big groups of adults and children - even though it was evident other guests were disgruntled and feeling this was impacting their enjoyment on their holiday - the huge groups, the groups of kids for sports ruins the relaxing ambiance the hotel are advertising and what most people probably go and stay for. Positives: • Pizzaria around the pool, staff were friendly enough, food served was tasty. • Room was comfortable enough, we had an issue and it was sorted straight away. • The beach across the road was stunningly beautiful - although on the last day they had set up 4/5 massive beach volleyball courts so space was extremely limited. • A road train runs from Font De SA Cala to all the little places - 7 euros for adults and 2 for children - definitely worth it, although a lite bumpy, great for sight seeing and we got off and wandered around and got back on later in the day. • my partner and I did the rifle shooting at the hotel, was very enjoyable and the ladies from the entertainment team who did it with us were very good. • The beer ✓ I will not be returning to this hotel, unfortunately for us it was not anything like it was described on the TUI website. What made our holiday was the family we went with and the experiences we made for ourselves. Unfortunately it was tainted by the groups staying at the hotel and the lack of control over these groups by the hotel

Very nice hotel and service. Great attractions and a place to go. I recommend it to everyone. But there is one waiter, the oldest of all. He will do anything for money and that's the kind of clients he's looking for. He serves mainly German tourists and is able to do anything for a few euros... He ignores the rest!!!! He makes it clear that tip money is the most important thing. The young waiters received tips but they were great for their work!! but this old trick fox 🦊 hunted the chosen ones and served them. He ignored ordinary tourists and showed his superiority. Even though a few people will be happy with him because they think that they have gained a friend for money, the entire staff loses HARD on such an egoist!!! When I paid a few euros, he asked me for a good review on TripAdvisor... It's a shame to have such a waiter, I would fire him!!!! He pretends and hurts the hotel's opinions!!! The rest of the staff are MEGA! 🏅🥇

To flee ! Not going to this 4-star hotel? Not even 2 would be enough! So where to start ? I paid 1500 euros for this trip for 5 nights. How can I tell you that for this price we expect a minimum of standard! 1. The location of the hotel: ROTTEN! Nothing around! You won't be able to do much. 2. The beach! MDRRRRR! It’s a small cove where all the hotels send their tourists, with an additional charge of drinks and deckchairs of 25th for half a day 😝! 3. There were 3 of us, we had a room with a double bed and a small wooden sofa for the 3rd person who also paid 1500 e for their stay LOL! It's expensive to make an appointment with the doctor after this trip because your back is sore! We made a complaint to reception but nothing was done. They still refused to bring us an extra mattress (you know with springs in the back LOL). 4. The food in the morning is pretty decent but then, know that breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and beyond that, nothing! No late breakfast you find fruit and two slices of salami roughly placed on a table.. 5. The pool bar, if you have an early breakfast, and you are thirsty before 10 a.m. be patient, everything opens at 10 a.m. nothing Before ! At midday you can eat tacos at the pool. 6. The ice creams available during the day are passable but they will be the only snack you will find, nothing is available to have a snack, a shame for full board! 7. The shows.. apart from a dancer who moves her hair every evening I can't tell you much the quality is 0 8. The mini children's clubs closed!!!! In July ! Parents therefore had to have their children, the children's pool "downstairs" was not heated. As a result, the adults took the children to the one "at the top" which is calm and which is riquiqui with buoys everywhere, no calm and no way to swim, so crowded with people.. 9. Room filled with dust 10. The landscapers who mow the lawn next to you and you have lots of grass on your body stuck to your tanning oil 🤡 11. The Luxair guide does not exist and did not know how to answer our questions. In short, I have to stop here, I I still have plenty to say, but the only thing I can say is RUN!!!!!!! Go your way!

The staff is really friendly and smiling and the majority speak French. The meals are of good quality and very varied, special mention for the Tex-Mex restaurant and its staff who are always in a good mood. The beach which is a small cove located opposite is magnificent. There are 5 of us staying in an apartment which is very large and well equipped. The value for money is really good. The swimming pools are very good. A perfect holiday, the proof is that we have already booked for 2024 and we can't wait to go back.

Fabulous resort, totally enjoyable if you love tennis. Staff were terrific, and always assisting when required. My second stay at Font de Sa Cala from Australia. A few minor repairs required in rooms. The Buffet food, was delicious and always plenty to choose from. Highly recommend.
