還行吧，價格還是有點高，時間緊沒怎麼體驗游泳池。

有免費停車場，出酒店右轉直走5分鐘即到達楓丹白露宮，很方便。早上退房後行李可寄存前台，車子仍然停酒店。但不建議在酒店用餐，價格比楓丹白露宮附近的餐館貴一倍。其他都不錯。

This hotel was a great value. We were too tired to go into town for dinner; we ate well both nights and the total price was a pleasant surprise. Friendly music entertainment and buffet on Friday night. Free parking. We would love to return.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star hotel.

Je commence par un point positif sur l'attitude du personnel à la fois accueillant et souriant ! En dehors de ce point positif, le séjour fût très décevant, la chambre était correcte sans plus ! En revanche, l'eau de la piscine était très sale, le manque d'entretien est criant. Le service du petit déjeuner était chaotique. La vaisselle ébrechée, les machines à Nespresso ne sont pas adaptées par rapport à la taiĺle de la salle, les reservoirs d'eau etaient vides constamment. Présence de cheveux dans le beurrier au buffet, produits médiocres..... Tables débarrassées mais pas redressées. Aucun encadrement quant au service !!! Le label Mercure commence à perdre ses lettres de noblesse vu que c'est le deuxième séjour consécutif qui nous déçoit profondément dans un établissement sous label Mercure.

Jolie hotel, on a passé un bon moment. Dommage que leur carte pour accéder aux chambres se désactive aussi rapidement. Obligé de demander à plusieurs reprises une nouvelle carte à la réception. Sinon à part sa c'était nickel. 😊

Hotel is very nice and in a good area of town. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by a nice staff member who arranged a taxi for us. This was the only positive experience with the staff. Later, we inquired about dinner and the staff told us they were fully booked and suggested we try Uber eats instead of helping us to find a suitable option in town. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a drink, but were denied due to them being fully booked. Luckily, we found a dining option on our own. Later, the music continued shaking our room into the early hours of the morning. A terribly unpleasant experience at a hotel that otherwise seemed quite nice. A bit more customer service would have gone a long way. We will be writing to the management with a formal complaint.
