Arriving at the hotel with the entrance doors half closed, I had to open the door completely to avoid any discomfort. Bad welcome, receptionist who asks to pay again for the room even though I told him my reservation is my first and last name. I had access to room 2 in poor condition, dirty, impossible to lock the door. Unpleasant smell, receptionist who comes back several times to ask me to pay for the room again despite presenting the reservation email. I was harassed by the receptionists, only to be told that they made a mistake and then I left. I had only been in the room for an hour for a one night reservation. Used to hotels, this room should not be rented, and the receptionists are not competent. A very bad experience 0/10. Next time I will take photos.

Hôtel bruyant et pas très propres, au prix des chambres sa fait vraiment cher payer, il y’a toujours quelque choses qui ne va pas ( fuite d eau dans la salle bain, saletés sur les murs ) tout es à revoir ! Il es actuellement 21H10 et j entend des coup de marteau …

Une nuit passé le lit le drap du dessous était plus petit que le matelas donc on a dormi sur le matelas qui était tâcher à un endroit un.couvre lit pas épais du tout pas de couverture supplémentaire dommage , 2 serviettes pour 3 , nous avons obliger d aller chercher un oreiller il en avait que 2 pour 3 personnes noter pourtant sur la réservation poussière sur les barreaux de lit dommage nous avons pris supplément petit déjeuner correcte heureusement point positif pas loin du lieux où l on devait se rentre niveau prix à revoir

Une honte absolue ! Ne perdez ni votre temps, ni votre argent, passez tout de suite à un autre hôtel. Notre chambre n'était pas faite! D'une saleté innommable (et je ne raconte même pas la salle de bain), pas de dessus de lit, pas de chauffage, le radiateur qui tient d'ailleurs difficilement au mur. On demande une autre chambre c'est limite si on nous traite de "chochottes" jusqu'à ce que le patron vienne voir de lui-même...aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, PIRE encore ils nous débitent 2 fois le prix de la chambre!! Paiement sur place comme prévu sur la réservation et 24h après notre départ un nouveau prélèvement de notre carte bancaire ! Toujours aucun soucis pour le directeur, toujours aucune excuse et aucun geste commercial. Cet hôtel n'a pas besoin de client mais d'une inspection sanitaire ! Et d'une formation sur l'accueil, la gestion client, commerciale et administrative.
