衞生很差 前台小哥給我一間房 一進去 衞生都沒有做，馬桶都沒有沖，真的把我噁心到了。 一晚上睡覺衣服都不敢脱、枕頭和洗浴毛巾上面都有頭髮。 我都沒有洗澡。條件也很差 安全感也不好 ，哦 早飯也很差 環境也很差

After booking through *******, I arrived to find the front doors locked. When the desk clerk finally opened them he informed me that they had overbooked their rooms and, despite having a reservation, there were no rooms available.

My family and I always stay at an Extended Stay America whenever the need for a hotel arises. Our recent trip to the Lake Forest location was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and we always got a great parking spot no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this location near Foothill Ranch!

I chose the place because of its location near an event I went to and for that it was fine. But the room was in terrible condition and the kitchen sink dripped incessantly--I put a towel in the sink to mask the noise but even that wasn't totally effective. Glad it was only a one-night stay.
