The person at the desk barely speaks english, almost incoherent, and almost all of the outlets were broken including the lams by the bed.

This was a really good hotel and had really good breakfast. I would really recommend coming here. We came here right when we came in the room it was nice and I knew it was going to be good. Thank you for the nice stay. I will definitely be coming back here

Quiet, easy to get a room and wasn't bothered. In a small town in rural Iowa, it's what you'd expect. Friendly but not many amenities.
