Good customer service. Showed up late to check in and they still were able to accommodate me.

Didn’t have my 2 reserved rooms, only 1, and said they were booked. I tried to show my confirmed reservation and she said “You booked through a third party, and we can’t do anything with a confirmation #. We only go by your name.” The girl told me the only way to book with them directly is to call their number as they do not have a website, and booking through third parties leaves them no room to fix mistakes. Needless to say I won’t choose this location again.

When you arrive and find a queen mattress teetering on a full size box spring I really don’t know how to describe my feelings. It was enough for me to tell the girl at the desk about it and explain that I will refuse to pay for the second night as I could not sleep like that a second night. I will be contacting ******* and this is just the beginning of my complaint. About all the issues on this trip. I will be making public comments against this Inn. But you will hearing more from me when I have looked over my credit card summary. Ken Sutherland

Staff was nice but they were talking about some murderer that they were involved with? Loudly to other guests. The linen seemed clean, albeit, holy with cigarette burns. I checked for bedbug signs and saw none. Everything else seemed very old and dirty (you could tell it was wiped down but deeply stained and not taken care of) and I just never wanted to leave my room. I did feel safe but it was ultimately not a great stay with these things in mind and the fact that there must not be any soundproofing here.

I was told to leave right after I rebooked my room as they said I was smoking in the room I don't even smoke I was then rushed to pack my things and made to stand out in the rain with my belongings as my truck was having new tires put on and after all that they refuse to give me a refund

The staff was super nice and very polite. The toilet ran until you fix yourself. You get what you pay for, 1 towel, wonky hot water-cold water shower, but the bed was clean and soft. It is just a very old motel.
