I had to switch to 3 rooms because the curtains do not close all the way and there are parking lot lights that blare in, then the next room did not have a TV that worked, the last room also had light issues but I was not willing to change rooms again. It was clean, but the room was noisey because of the furnace coming on and off.

The location is definitely a plus if you're flying in and out of Grand Rapids Airport. It's literally right down the street with lots of good restaurants nearby. Try Leo's Coney Island and Buddy's Pizza if you're visiting from out of town. The room was pretty clean as well - bed comfortable -
