I almost want to give 3 stars because the staff was polite and professional. The hotel is relatively clean. Problem is - the actual hotel is not good… The hotel smells like burnt plastic. The toilet was running on and off all night. The room door did not shut itself - made that discovery when returning from a local event and realized the door was still propped open. Typical continental breakfast, but the eggs, biscuits, and gravy were cold. Internet connection was janky, alarm clock was off by an hour, desk was unplugged - which we discovered when our devices were dead from not charging all night. Bottom line - the whole place is tired, and in desperate need of TLC.

The check in went smoothly. The hotel was very clean. The room that we were in was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The floor that we stayed on was very quiet.

Excellent staff. The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The carpet was being replaced in the hallway outside our room so there was a little noise and you had to be mindful of where you stepped getting on the elevator etc but overall it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Good service, friendly staff. Renovations were going on which was the reason for any 4s. But it was not noisy or disturbing. Beautiful Christmas display. Price very good.
