Terrible value for money. £70 for thread bare carpets, mould around bath, stained bed base, laundry stacked in the corridors, lights that turned on and off, intermittently. Kitchen closed so no breakfast, which wasn’t mentioned prior to booking. Maybe worth £35 per night, definitely not £70

A good place to stay if you have an early flight from Gatwick airport. The property was quiet and the bed of decent quality. However, the sheets were all creased and they felt dirty. The rooms need a good deep clean and updating.

Stayed for 1 night before Gatwick flight.The Hotel is in centre of Forest Row and close to other bars and places to eat. The room was comfortable and more than adequate at fair price. Free parking was available although they should fill in some very large and dangerous potholes

Surely when we booked we should have been told there was no food available. There are plenty of places to eat locally but we should have been warned

Did not stay in hotel but visit the pub all the time - very happy to see kitchen has reopened . The food is great, calamari and halloumi fries are lovely ! Looking forward to the Sunday roast ( only saw plates go past me on the way to tables - looked amazing !!) staff all brilliant ! 👍

I am only going to say this about this place... avoid!!!! Whilst linen is clean the place is is in a very run down state and gives a general feeling of being in steady decline. Plug sockets hanging off wall. Bathroom although clean was very tired. Faulty Towers springs to mind!!!!
