Tutto molto bello, peccato che ci habbiano divorato zanzare, mosche e tafani. In compenso i camerieri del ristorante sono stati molto gentili, un ringraziamento particolare vorrei dedicarlo a Giovanni che con la sua simpatia, professionalità e disponibilità ci ha fatto sentire un po come in famiglia. Quando si è assentato per un paio di giorni la differenza del servizio si è fatta notare. Comunque grazie a tutti.

Esperienza pessima. Camera matrimoniale con due letti singoli ravvicinati, scomodissimo per dormire. Balconcino che dava sulla strada principale separata con un semplice divisorio in bambù. Hotel non sa 4 stelle.. Servizio pessimo in spa. Avevamo una maschera al fango inclusa nel viaggio, ma il carissimo direttore mi ha risposto che dovevo informarmi prima per ricevere il servizio e non il penultimo giorno di soggiorno, dicendomi che era pure un servizio offerto. Cito testuali parole “come ti sei informata degli orari del ristorante potevi farlo anche per la spa”. Mai vista tanta maleducazione e poca professionalità sia da parte del direttore che dei dipendenti. L’unico servizio buono è quello del cameriere di sala , sempre gentili e disponibili per qualunque esigenza. Un ringraziamento a Laura che ci ha sempre serviti in maniera eccellente.

Ottimo hotel, struttura grande con tante piscine,staff gentile,un caro saluto ai ragazzi della sala e del bar, siamo stati benissimo soprattutto grazie a loro che ci hanno viziato ,da ritornarci se Dio vuole ❤️

Gentilezza, disponibilità di tutto il personale,molta scelta tra dolci e salati a colazione,cucina deliziosa ed abbondante,sauna,piscine termali piccole,ma con ottimi servizi,angoli verdi di relax e fioriti.Pulizia giornaliera e cambio lenzuola e biancheria da bagno .Grazie,lo raccomando.

Hotel che meriterebbe più che la sufficienza se solo apportasse piccole ma importantissime migliorie. Prima tra tutti la sostituzione dei materassi (chiaramente ho fatto un check in altra camera prima di scrivere). Scomodi e datati. Sia quello del "matrimoniale" che era fatto da 2 lettini accoppiati, che dei singoli che avevamo. Anche i cuscini, come i materassi. Altro punto da curare un pò di più è relativo all'esterno. Prato attiguo alle piscine termali (idromassaggio) e kneipp. Per il resto devo dire molto buono. Cucina ristorante: molto buona e variegata. Considerando la mole di gente non ha mai sbagliato un colpo. Staff ristorante/bar, ricevimento e servizio camere: ho trovato gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità. Posizione struttura: ottimale per chi vuole girare l'isola

Per un soggiorno ad Ischia di 5 giorni, come Hotel è perfetto. Stanze comode, piscine pulite e accoglienti, servizio bar e in sala eccellente. Camerieri e baristi sempre gentilissimi, con un ringraziamento speciale a Leonardo simpaticissimo, professionale e sempre disponibile verso i clienti.

Hotel obsoleto, comunque tenuto pulito. Stanze con vista mare, peccato per quell'orribile puzza di bagno ogni volta che si entrava. Presente una bella terrazza vista mare , ma ti fanno mangiare in uno scantinato, con forte odore di chiuso(?) , modello mensa aziendale. Cibo scadente cucinato alla meglio. Lontano dalle spiagge, raggiungibili con una navetta, ma solo ai loro orari ,peraltro limitativi. Mezzi pubblici alla portata, fermata autobus praticamente all'uscita dell'albergo, ma sono un carnaio, e con orari non definiti (ma questo non è responsabilità dell'albergo). Camerieri gentili.
