Consiglio questo hotel x tutto ,dalla vista sulla spiaggia ,dalle piscine termali,dalla cucina curata e dalla professionalità dei dipendenti.Un grazie a Marco per la sua elevata professionalità e cortesia,un grazie a Nordi e Mariano x la loro cortesia .Bravo al pasticcere x le sue torte stupende. Per me è già la quarta volta che vado merita tantissimo.

6 Tage Auszeit zum ersten Mal auf Ischia. Wir genießen herrliche Tage im Resort bei zuvorkommenden Service, authentischem Essen und viel Entspannung im 24 Stunden geöffnetem Thermalbad. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Gute Busanbindung fast vor der Tür. Shuttle zur Fähre nach Forio. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ci sono ritornato perché l anno scorso sono stato benissimo purtroppo quest anno a subito un crollo inaspettato mentre la colazione più o meno è rimasta la stessa chiaramente con caffè e cappuccino schifosi ka cena e stata una delusione portate sc**** personale scarso che faticava a riuscire a servire tutti i clienti ma la nota dolorosa per un hotel di quel genere è starà l arroganza del personale della reception. Quello che avevo scelto per le mie vacanze natalizie e sparito. Bye bye sorriso a mai più

soggiorno perfetto, spa perfetta, piscine calde una meraviglia unica nota dolente il ristorante oasis, gestito esternamente che non si sposa con la politica dell albergo per il resto da ripetere con un pernottamento piu lungo,

Conoscevamo già questo albergo per la sua bellissima struttura con piscine termali riscaldate,decidiamo di prendere una camera confort vista mare, purtroppo la camera vecchia con uno stato manutentivo disastroso, ci lascia molto amareggiate, una ristrutturazione delle camere sarebbe doveroso per un 4 stelle…peccato …a seguire le foto

Die Economy Zimmer (150 m oberhalb der Straße) sind nicht zu empfehlen, Aufpreis für Zimmer im Haupthaus 15 € pro Person und Tag. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und dem Landesstil entsprechend eingerichtet und gepflegt. Sauna ist nur für 4 Personen, alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Thermalpools sind schön und sauber, draußen auch abends tolle Stimmung und alles schön beleuchtet. Personal freundlich, aber Service beim Abendessen ist sehr chaotisch - man muß teilweise sehr lange warten bis man bedient wird und was zum Trinken und/oder Essen bekommt. Mit Kindern unvorstellbar.

La struttura è ben tenuta e in una posizione molto panoramica con delle belle piscine termali. Il personale ed i servizi sono generalmente buoni, anche se alla reception vi è stata qualche indecisione. Le vespe sulla balconata della sala colazione sono un bel problema!
