Hotel pulito e accogliente e situato a pochi passi dalla baia di San Francesco e dalla fermata dell'autobus che permette di girare tutta l'isola. Ottimo il servizio in convenzione per le terme Negombo . Un plauso alla pulizia della struttura e anche al Direttore Mimmo e al suo collaboratore Salvatore: sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili .

Siamo venute in quest. Hotel per un breve relax di 3 giorni. Abbiamo trovato ospitalità e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff in particolare dal metre Raffaele, nonché dal simpatico Carmine e Ania, ed anche dagli altri ragazzi di cui nn conosciamo il nome. Cucina ottima, preparata dallo chef Gennaro. Pulizia camere e spazi comuni buona... Unica pecca il materasso un po' duretto!!struttura hotel ben tenuta ed arredata con gusto... Insomma lo consigliamo a tutti!

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the outside pool/garden/seating area is gorgeous. Rooms are on the small and basic side, but comfortable. I was a little concerned about the food from some earlier reviews, but there was no need as it was fine and very tasty. Freshly cooked bacon and eggs at breakfast were delicious. The hotel is on a busy narrow road so take care when walking.

This is a lovely inexpensive hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms, with all you need in them. Tasty, varied and well cooked local food on the half board package. Friendly helpful staff, from the receptionists and waiting staff to the masseuse. Beautiful, well maintained gardens, such that the perfumes of Oleander, Hibiscus, Rosemary and Evening Primrose fill the air. Well placed for San Francesco Beach, or the town of Forio, with a bus stop 100 yards away to anywhere on this lovely island. Pleasant bar and poolside seating. Highly recommended.

Kleine Zimmer mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, kleines Bad, 1 Hocker für 2 Personen. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist nicht alles Top. An der Straße ist es recht laut. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool. Das Essen wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bewertet.

Inizio la recensione col dire che conosco, in generale, il rapporto qualità prezzo degli hotel Isolani, per cui mi aspettavo un servizio da tre stelle, e tale è appunto. Come molte altre strutture ad Ischia, le quattro stelle non corrispondono esattamente al livello che poi troverete. Partendo dalla camera, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance e i problemi e lo Stato generale della stanza non sono propriamente da soggiorno confortevole. Area condizionata drammaticamente rumorosa, condizione dei sanitari da due stelle, letto con materasso di pessima qualità, amenities basiche. La colazione è uno degli aspetti che meno ci è piaciuto, tanta scelta di ciambelloni e qualche brioche, Ma alcuni prodotti palesemente confezionati e, per il resto, quasi nulla, un solo tipo di marmellata, niente cioccolata, nulla di salato tranne uova sode e fettine di pecorino, pochissima scelta di frutta fresca ed assenza totale di frutta secca La cena è stata variabile, a volte buona, a volte meno, nessun Picco verso l'alto o verso il basso Personale sempre disponibile, è il solo motivo della sufficienza che altrimenti non sarebbe stata raggiunta.

È stata una vacanza veramente meravigliosa grazie allo staff dell'hotel sempre gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati. Ottima cucina con materie prime a km 0 con piatti cucinati divinamente. Hotel Pulitissimo e comodo per raggiungere tutte le zone di Ischia il centro di Forio e la spiaggia San Francesco. Super pet friendly anche le nostre bulldog francesi sono state le benvenute. Spero di poterci tornare.
