We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Il Globus e’ un ottimo hotel quattro stelle in una posizione eccellente per il pala Arena Si puo’ andare a piedi per 500/600 metri e dunque perfetto per location Stanze standard buone e pulite , servizi e hall ampia e accogliente Colazione molto varia e buona sui luvelli giusti Prezzi medi Si torna alla occorrenza

Ormai sarà la decima volta che scelgo il Globus per le mie trasferte romagnole e sicuramente lo consiglio. Camere spaziose con delle comode scrivanie per poter lavorare, bagni con le vasche che non sono proprio quello che preferisco ma vanno bene. Struttura molto bella dalla hall alla sala colazione. Inoltre é presente il ristorante dell’hotel dove ho sempre mangiato bene e ho sempre trovato ottimo personale gentile e simpatico. Vi é anche una spa con palestra al piano -1 che é un plus al soggiorno. Staff alla reception sempre sul pezzo e cordiale. Ottimo hotel

Ho alloggiato per 2 notti per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovato bene. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i confort. Lo stile è un pò Vintage, ma tutto sommato come pernottamento per motivi di lavoro, va più che bene.

Hotel magnifico...un vero quattro stelle. Di quattro stelle è anche la mia valutazione. Premettendo che raramente do il massimo, ho un piccolo appunto. Dovete permettere al cliente di modificare, direttamente dalla propria camera, il termostato dell'aria condizionata. Inoltre, per essere un quattro stelle, non ho trovato le ciabatte in dotazione. Niente da dire sulla pulizia: impeccabile. Il servizio è stato ottimo, perché mi ha risolto immediatamente il problema del calore e colazione intercontinentale, con prodotti di prima qualità e di piccola pasticceria fatti in casa. Non eccessivamente caro per quello che offre. Camera molto spaziosa. Arriverà anche la quinta stella di valutazione con qualche piccolo accorgimento! ;)

Hotel accogliente ma ho trovato la camera un po’ datata. Tutto sommato pero’ ho dormito bene e la notte non ci sono stati rumori fastidiosi. Nella media la colazione. Buon servizio il ristorante all’interno che offre una discreta scelta di cibo e buona qualitá. Comodo parcheggio

Hotel in posizione strategica, non molto lontano dall'autostrada. I letti sono comodi, le stanze ben tenute e pulite. Lo staff è gentile e professionale. C'è un ampio parcheggio all'ingresso molto comodo.
