We arrived at 2May in the hotel. When we wanted to take a shower it came out that there is a problem in the hotel and only cold water is avilible, we were informed that it will be fixed soon. From there guests we received the information that there was no warm water since few days… Next day, there was still no warm water… On top it was 19C in the room… Heating option on the air conditioner is not working , looks like the air conditioner was never cleaned since it was installed…

Typical resort hotel, very well managed with excellent staff. Hotel has a main building up the hill, and a smaller building next to the beach. You need to descend by outdoor stairs to get to the second building, the swimming pool and the beach. I had a good sized room with sea view on the 5th floor of the first building, with nice terrace, and in good condition. Very good food in the main restaurant with large lounge terrace overlooking the sea. Small beach side restaurant. The tennis courts are in desperate need of better tennis balls…

El hotel está muy bien situado en la isla, teniendo en cuenta que se llega pronto a todos sitios. Tiene playa estupenda justo delante y es facil aparcar en los alrededores. Las habitaciones son grandes y comodas, y aunque al hotel en general le vendria bien una revision completa de muebles y decoracion, está muy bien, aunque el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido. El servicio de desayunos y cenas, que es tipo buffet y que todo el mundo tiene (un pequeño defecto) esta muy bien organizado y el personal es rapido y eficiente. Muchisima variedad y ademas, está todo muy rico. Hasta el café de maquina está rico y sin colas para las cosas. Muy bien.

Hotel muito bom a todos os níveis, só existe uma situação que possa ser um bocadinho mais complicado para quem tem mobilidade reduzida visto que para se ter acesso á praia a escadaria é enorme e para quem tem mobilidade reduzida é um problema.

Hotel para repetir. Buena calidad y excelente trato. Lo que si es cierto que el solado de alguna habitación ya necesita algún arreglo. El cuadro de magnetos hacía un poco de ruido y era más audible de noche. El equipo de aire acondicionado goteaba el primer día (No lo llegamos a utilizar) El bufet de desayuno y cena de excelente calidad y muy variado. El lugar idílico. Muy recomendable.

We enjoyed the sandy beach with crystal clear water, our 4-years old child enjoyed kids club with amazing Sylvia, we enjoyed aqua fitness with Peter (I think), the staff were very helpful and friendly although I would prefer if more of them speak English and not only Spanish (Catalan). We used main restaurant providing buffet service, the meals and their variety was good. We used also beach restaurant for lunches and we were satisfied, the quality of meals was goods and prices reasonable to the location. Our room was a little bit outdated and would need some refurbishment or repair – the sliding doors to the balcony cannot be easily opened, some furniture is old and needs to be replaced, but mainly beds and pillows were not comfortable. Overall, despite of some disadvantages we would certainly return back to the hotel in the future.

Esta estancia es imprescindible para mi pareja y para mi. Yo en particular llevo 18 años de fidelidad a Riu La Mola y es la mejor manera de celebrar el fin de la temporada de verano. Inmejorable ambiente. Todo el personal ya es como de la familia, habitación en perfecto estado de pulcritud y situación. Y la comida impecable en cantidad y calidad!

L'hotel est bien situé, les chambres sont très bien. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le restaurant est excellent tant pour le diner que le petit déjeuner. En tout cas l'expérience a été bien en tout point de vue.
