O hotel está precisando de serviços de manutenção, principalmente no banheiro e na fechadura do quarto (210), que ao fechá-la a chave sai antes de completar o giro

Toalhas e lençóis sujos passam a impressão de que não foram lavados. O banheiro é ridículo tem um degrau enorme pra subir pra ducha e vaso sanitário. Cheiro de mofo no quarto. Não vale nem a metade do que cobram, fuja desse hotel se preciso vá para outra cidade próxima.

First impression after checkin in, Is relatively old Hotel, no elevator on the area my room is located, no hangers for towel hanger at bathroom, no place to hang clothes or hanger with suit, no Iron, no haidryer. Recepcionist doesnt solve any issue, everything must be addressed to manager, and manager is not at the hotel on weekends...

O hotel tem uma parte nova, então quando for fazer reserva solicite quartos na parte nova. Mesmo na parte nova, o banheiro é super pequeno, para acessar o vaso sanitário e o box tem um degrau de 30 centímetros, o chuveiro é horrível cai pouca agua, a cama é confortável. Outro problema que tem quarto que não tem frigobar. A entrada da garagem é extremamente apertada. Café da manhã é razoável, porém é demorado para repor os produtos. Enfim cobra muito caro pelo que oferece.

Hotel horrivel, atendimento péssimo..
se recusaram a fazer um ovo mexido para uma criança de 1 ano que não come pães industrializados!
Fora isso enchemos o hotel para um casamento e não sei se de propósito colocaram o café da manhã até as 9h da manhã mesmo no fim de semana.. só para que todos que chegaram tarde não participem!

Ótima localização, no centro da cidade, próximo a bancos, comércio e restaurantes. Bom atendimento. Quartos amplos, confortáveis. Contudo peca na qualidade das toalhas e roupas de cama. Bom café da manhã. Disponibiliza garagem. Boa opção para viagens rápidas e a negócios
