Accoglienza freddissima, umorismo del titolare per niente divertente, capacita’ di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti scarsa. Ambienti non ben riscaldati, arredamento anni 70. Cena e colazione sufficienti, personale in sala gentile. Prezzi troppo alti per la struttura ed il servizio. Se torno a Forni di Sopra non ci vado di sicuro. Mi spiace ma bocciato! Forse abituati bene con clienti serbi e sloveni numerosi in struttura. Consiglio a gestore di farsi qualche soggiorno in alberghi del trentino.

Struttura ottimamente posizionata per bambini e sportivi. Personale molto, molto disponibile. Buona la pulizia in generale. Ottimi i pasti ed a costo ragionevole. Classica colazione all’italiana molto varia, forse meno per gli amanti di salumi e salsicce ecc. Camere sufficientemente spaziose. Però…… arredi delle stanze ed il bagno molto, molto datati.

Siamo stati a cena, il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e veloce. Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze, con prodotti tipici, molto buone. È possibile acquistare prodotti della zona direttamente all'ingresso.

Sono stata a cena in una sera di metà luglio con mio marito e i miei bambini,come cibo direi nella media,nulla di speciale,ma la signora che è venuta a prendere l’ordine è stata abbastanza scortese. Peccato perché è un bel posto ma quella cosa lì mi è rimasta molto impressa.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti con la mezza pensione.. hotel tranquillo, bellissimo panorama vista montagne... Colazione abbondante e vasta... anche la cena molto buona con una vasta scelta di menù. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente!!!

Weekend in ritiro con la squadra in una location da un certo punto di vista molto comoda, vista la grande disponibilità di spazio verde. Dal punto di vista del personale, staff molto maleducato e indisponibile. Quantità misere di cibo a qualsiasi pasto. Deluso.

Sono stato in questo Hotel con la mia famiglia per una breve vacanza a "Forni di Sopra". La posizione è assolutamente invidiabile: di fronte alle piste da sci, a pochi passi dal parco e da spettacolari sentieri in mezzo ai boschi. Il servizio l'ho trovato efficiente ed il personale gentile. Dispone inoltre di un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria. Il vero problema è che... l'hotel si è letteralmente fermato a 30 anni fa. In particolar modo sulla qualità delle stanze (con la classica moquette "verdina" inguardabile e francamente poco igenica dal mio punto di vista), dell'arredamento ed in generale di tutta la struttura. Allo stesso prezzo (anche meno) a Forni si trova molto di meglio. Per questo motivo, visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo, non posso andare oltre il 2/5. (nella speranza che i titolari avviino un sano processo di rinnovamento, perchè, mi ripeto, le potenzialità ci sono tutte)
