When I arrived, there was a sign apologizing that the elevator was out of order. I was traveling with my disabled mother so I wanted to make sure there were no steps for her to climb. We were assigned to room 107. There was noises nonstop coming from the ceiling and walls. I called the front desk and was advised that this room usually is not assigned due to the noise level because the room is underneath the boiler room. However, the agent that checked me in was new and is not aware. She said that I should speak with the manager the next morning for compensation. They offered to give me a room on the second or third floor but I explained that my disabled mother cannot climb stairs and the elevator is out of service. We didn’t get any sleep. I spoke with a woman at the front desk the next morning and she said they can’t compensate me. The entire experience was a nightmare. If I was told about the room in advance, I would not have checked in and would have went to another hotel.

I came to stay at Comfort Inn for my dad’s funeral only to know after I booked the elevator did not work. We had a lot of luggage and small kids which made it more inconvenient. Had this been disclosed we could have made other arrangements.

A lot nicer than we expected! Very clean, especially considering they allow animals. Breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. espresso machine!!! Great service! Comfortable beds. The only downside was it was loud. People letting their dogs bark, and the people above us seemed to be partying late into the night. We turned on music to drown out the noise. Overall, it was a great hotel and exceeded our standards.

Needs updated. Elevator was out of service. Toilet bubbled every so often. But there is a hot tub and coffee/cappucino machine

I've stayed at this hotel other times and it's still fantastic. This time I was twice in March General Mager Mrs Audra Bumgarner and her team remain professional and fantastic. Thank you Krista for saving us with an early check in The hotel is very clean. Rooms are excellent, clean, everything works perfectly. Spa is always working and everything is tidy and clean. The breakfast is excellent with numerous hot and cold items. Safe and quiet place. When you are in the area, stay at this hotel
