Lakeside Forster Holiday Park and Village

Lovely new unit, very comfy beds and close to the pool and playground. Very clean and lots of room for 5. Big outdoor table and chairs and BBQ on the front deck. Lovely outlook and quiet at night. Will definitely return

we booked a caravan site with an ensuite it was lovely. There’s lots of green grass all the way up easy to drive onto plenty of space and there’s deer and kangaroos right beside the lake. So very quiet. The ensuite was cleaned and in great working order the service we arrived was fantastic. Go to say thank you to the staff. The whole campsite was just lovely and vegan fast and green with lots of space all around

What a beautiful place to stay. Relaxing, picturesque and the staff were amazing and accommodating. Recommend this place to stay. Amenities were clean, campgrounds were well maintained. Proximity to everything was great.

Excellent park with clean facilities. Caravan site was large, flat and with very well kept grass. One of the largest sites we’ve had. Easy to park van. Beautiful location right near the lake. Had some beautiful sunsets while there. Great location for exploring the Barrington coast.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Originally, we had booked 7 cabins on the water. Upon arrival, we found that they had double booked my Nans cabin. They offered her another cabin however it was nowhere near the rest of my family (my Nan had recently had a knee reconstruction and cannot walk far distances). After my aunty expressed her frustration, they moved the couple to another room. My Nan got the cabin we originally booked, but was still a stressful situation for her. We all paid the same amount of money for the cabins and each cabin was different. Some had spa baths and some did not. Some were nicer than others. Not really fair when each cabin was the same price. There was rubbish in the main bedroom of my cabin upon arrival. Paint was peeling off the bathroom cabinets, and the oven was rusting. None of the windows in the cabin locked either. The location was wonderful! Right on the water. My 5 year old was able to go down to the water by himself as it was shallow whilst we sat on the balcony. Wildlife was beautiful. There is a pool and a playground - both could use an upgrade. We had two BBQ’s next to our cabin - only one worked. We had a great time on our weekend away, however the park is in urgent need of a face lift.

We stayed here in oct with friends and had a great time our cabin was very roomy and clean only a short drive to shops and coffee shops would definitely stay again the clubs around the area have buses to pick if you want to go for dinner ect

Such a peaceful place for the end of a big holiday. The cabin was spotless and very comfortable, especially the beds. Everything is fresh and neat. Lovely pool with a handy half basketball court for the kids. Overall a wonderful place to stay

Great friendly staff Excellent grassed sites with plenty of space - not packed in like sardines! Well looked after amenities block & always kept clean They also had live music on the weekend we were there!
