I reserved a king room got a double queen . Pool was down both days I was there . No microwave in room . Bathroom has rust and dirt in all corners. Toilet and bathtub were stained

When we arrived the pool was closed down for an indefinite time and no discount was offered probably b/c I booked thru a different site however the breakfast was great for a weekday

Good location, nice breakfast, had alot of grab and go items. Pool was warm just wished the hot tub was working. Room was comfortable but bathroom could use updating. I would stay again.

It was okay. The check in went well. The office chair was broken. In the morning a guy in a uniform knocked on my door. I couldn't u nderstand what he was saying. I opened the door and still couldn't understand what he was saying.
Then he said a different thing - that I didn't understand and he walked away.

Hotel is definitely in need of a remodel. Cracks between walls and ceiling. Did not even want to take shower in the bathroom. Our room also had significantly reduced square footage since it was next to room where they stored cleaning supplies. One positive note; the breakfast was okay. Would steer clear until they do a refresh.
