Amazing hotel. Lovely warm welcome with a hot toddy and friendly staff. All throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and are a true credit to the hotel. Room 21 was well appointed with a large bathroom. Lovely views down to the loch and across the canal , Breakfast was so lovely and the haggis was amazing. It's a real short stroll into the village centre Cannot praise the staff highly enough. Loved every second of our stay

Extremely comfortable hotel with luxurious beds and bathrooms. Delightful kind staff. Mor tasting menu was superb and worth every penny. Delicious breakfasts both Scottish and continental. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly.

Hotel di livello alto, curato ed elegante, in particolare nelle parti comuni. Al muro sono appese foto fatte con la Regina Elisabetta durante una visita nella zona. Presente ristorante che non abbiamo provato perché sono proposti solo menu degustazione che non ci facevano impazzire (costo anche non bassissimo a partire da 75 sterline a persona). Colazione ottima e disponibilità di ampio parcheggio (gratuito).

Wonderful and very typical guest house/hotel, with high quality accommodations, very good service and high quality F&B. Very well located near Loch Ness and in a walking distance to local restaurants. They also have umbrellas and boots available to borrow on rainy and muddy days!

cosy chilled stay. friendly staff and beautiful room. late arrival meant hot toddies which was a welcome surprise. Main building luxurious and cocktails in the green room a must. Food was superb from breakfast to supper with really fresh produce well presented

We came to Scotland as my mom's once-in-a-lifetime trip, and the main thing she wanted was a Scottish manor experience. As soon as we walked in the door, her jaw dropped and she was so excited. From the plush interior, the roaring fireplace, the wellies in the foyer, the incredible staff, etc. It was all perfection. We were welcomed with a hot toddy and engaging conversation with the friendly staff, and given a tour of the hotel parlor, green lounge and breakfast/dinner area, then shown to our rooms. We decided to partake in the 3 course meal, and it was an absolute delight. The service was impeccable, the local flavours were well thought out and the food was delicious. Our only regret was we were so full and sleepy we didn't get a chance to have a glass of whisky by the fire after dinner!
