Beautiful views of the ocean from our room. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was a little dated, but it does appear that they are in the process of doing some renovations, and we didn't experience any noise or disturbance during our stay. There wasn't any housekeeping during our stay, but since our stay was only a couple days this wasn't really an issue. Staff at front desk were friendly and courteous.

Wow! Rooms were amazing!!! View was amazing (Sad we didn't stay long enough to really enjoy). This was only a touch more than some of the cheapest hotels. What a value! I usually just review on Google, but felt they deserved some extra effort.

Seems to be under new management/ownership, they are upgrading rooms, with the addition of solar. No more gas fire place which we sorely missed, but the wall heater unit worked fine. I did not like how the new foot boards on bed stuck out, we kept hitting our knees on them walking by. One cup coffee maker our great, but the one in our room would not make a full cup (#31); probably needs descaling. Clean, quiet room with plenty surf to watch and salt air to breathe in!

I stayed here during my trip up the west coast. I have a few thoughts. First, the positives. The view is spectacular. There is nothing quite like it. The room was clean and everything was in working order. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Overall, a great experience. That being said, there are some renovations that could be done that I think would make it more appealing. I would stay here again if I took another west coast trip in the future.

The views are unrivaled. Its clean, comfortable beds. Love the remodel -except for the furniture. Atrocious, gaudy, shiny Very shiny. It really detracts from the coastal ambience
