The service here is super. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The parking is a disaster, though, and they really do need to get a handle on that. Don't charge me THAT MUCH for a room AND $20 for overnight parking. Dumb.

I like that they had record players in the room for you to play records, also, we were able to check out and play their guitars, the food was great, and the ambience was relaxed and beautiful

Overall a very nice hotel, but over-priced. Parking is convenient in parking ramp next door which had an inoperable "gate" left open. We stayed one night only yet were charged for 2 days parking. Excellent restaurant a few blocks away called RARE.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Sarah, who worked in The Emporium and also in the Sunset Lounge was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Her pursuit of her sommelier designation was a nice plus as we decided on our wine selection.

We loved our stay at The Elizabeth! Every room has a record player and they have a variety of records you can borrow to play in your room. That was such a fun touch. Also, live music was provided in two areas of the hotel, each a different type of music. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Desperately need new mattresses-we both sunk to the middle.
Was given ADA bathroom-water all over the bathroom from shower.
