Over heard some people talking about the staff. Some comments were very disturbing. The manager apparently getting to touchy with one of the staff members. Did not have the pleasure of meeting him. All I do know is this may need to be looked into by the HR department. One of my co-workers noticed how distant the female staff was with him. This was after we discussed what happened at dinner the night prior. I emailed the actual hotel about the matter but never got a response. That was on the 1st of April. So I decided I would leave this here. I was just thinking about the things I over heard. Also the safety of the staff.

Vacation trip to visit family @ CSU, probably the best Quality Inn I have ever stayed in & definitely best hotel in Fort Collins. Great breakfast options, clean room, happy staff, vibrant lobby & the GM was the most polished we've encountered in our travels + he was there the whole time we stayed. Was amazing to see the leader of the hotel interacting with guests and employees so happily. An amazing value & worth every penny. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

My Problem wasn't about my stay, but rather with the check in. Travelocity had a Debit card on file that had been compromised. I have a new card, but the compromised card kept popping up on the check-in screen. The WONDERFUL desk attendant spent several minutes on the phone trying to get the MESS cleared up and then just said to go to my room and we'd figure it out in the morning at check-out ..... but then the same thing happened. The check-out clerk got the same hassle. My problem isn't with the motel, but rather with TRAVELOCITY

Beds were good. Pillows were great. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Hot tub jets were weak and the pool itself was cold. My kids would swim for 5 minutes and then get in the hot tub to warm up. Hotel was quiet and we felt safe. Never heard others in the hall.

Stayed here three nights, and it was a great stay. Convenient location in Fort Collins, close to both the downtown area as well as I-25, and practically anything you need. Pool is a tad chilly for 5 seconds but the hot tub helps with that. Room was decent sized, pillows comfy. Monica at the front desk was impressive. If I had to nitpick one thing, just sadly the breakfast was the same for the three mornings. General manager did say they are switching that up, so great news. Would stay again if we are in the area.
