#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Restaurants, Hotel Smell, Nearby Activities, Corridor Soundproofing; The hotel is located in a very remote suburb. To go to nearby restaurants and shopping, you need to drive and use Google navigation (Baidu navigation can't get you there by mistake). It has a free parking lot and the customer service does not speak Chinese. The hotel and room facilities and furniture are older. There is only one floor, and the windows face the parking lot. Lunch and dinner services are not available. Although the price is slightly lower than that of star hotels, the price/performance ratio is average.

Due to a winter storm, we found ourselves needing a place to stay overnight. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room, which was cluttered with luggage and clothing. When we eventually received the correct room, it was far from clean, with the surprising discovery of a spider web in the tub. Although our stay was a matter of circumstance, we are certain not to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was fine, with all areas clean and functional. The only two minor complaints I have are 1) The hotel location is not great, being located at the end of a dead end street in what appears to be a residential neighbourhood. 2) We had to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to check us in because they had stepped away from the front desk when we arrived. Again, it’s a pretty standard place with nothing significantly positive or negative.
