I called today to book a business reservation for employees, usually these calls last 5 minutes but this one lasted 35 minutes. I kept getting put on hold every time I asked a question without being told I was on hold, and when they picked me back up off hold, I got only a "Helloo??" as if they already said something. Every single time. They also asked me the same questions multiple times, and there was yelling in the background. The "customer service" representative spoke with no warmth, though I got a random "how is your day" after a minute of silence. The number I called to book was 807-788-0917, I will not be calling again.
