My room was dirty. The wash cloth had stains on it, and it was also dinghy. The toliet had dried pink stuff on the on it. The floor and shower were dirty. I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to the room next door. The 2nd room also had stained and dinghy wash clothes. The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. The shower had dried soap in the shower. The floor was had hair and dust on it. The toliet had dried urine on the back of the toliet seat. The hallway was dirty and has not been vacuum. I decided to take the stair because the evelator took too long. The stairwell was trashy and extremely dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk wa nice and professional.

Im no longer allowed to pick the hotel after this one. apparently having a coffee maker next to the toilet is nasty. To me it just shouts convenience. Plus they threw in a free pair of socks and a free piece of candy. #winning The hotel is also environmentally friendly they don’t waste resources on plastic outlet covers. Our ac unit has a very industrial look, you can see all the wires and everything. Very artsy. And check out these super cute mini pillows. Who needs all that extra room for comfort when you have just enough space for your head. #adorable 😂 they don’t like you to be too warm, so they didn’t even provide a comforter on the bed just a thin sheet. #cuddleforwarmth no towels in our room either. Only half cleaned room to remind you of home. Mentioned it to front desk that night, while she was super nice didn’t really seem to care. Same with the guy at check out the next morning, although he seemed a little more appalled that they let us check into a half cleaned room. Oh I forgot to mention the random trash left on the tables.

We waited 20 minutes to even get checked in. Once checked in the front desk said they weren't sure if they had our room because sometimes the reservations don't transfer over from hotels for com. When we reserved we reserved a suite. She told me they didn't have any left because they were fully booked. That pissed me off. She then told me they had one left. Then proceeded to tell us they were almost out of room keys so they would limit how many we can have. Once in the room we pulled the pull out couch out and the springs were showing through the bed. I was not putting anyone on there. We went down to ask for extra bedding they said they were out of blankets and gave us a bed padding to use instead of a blanket. When I finally fell asleep, I woke up a couple hours later and my back was killing me and the pillows ******. We left early. We're able to grab breakfast early there and that was good. But other than that, I will NOT be staying again.

We were alarmed to hear our door open at 11:30 p.m. Someone else had been assigned our room, and given a key card to open our door. Needless to say, this was not acceptable.

My experience here was not very good at all. Their staff wasn't train well. The manager, it wasn't trained. But you may see if they was going to charge as one thing towards another. We went for family union, so we had a discount. They charge this record rate. Then they said they're gonna fix it. Never fixed it the breakfast.
