The studio apartment is located walking distance to Wilton Manors in a friendly and safe suburban neighborhood. It consistently receives 5 star reviews for being so quiet, clean and private. It has been recently renovated and provides a private entrance, a private bath, and everything you need for a healthy, safe and rejuvenating short term stay. As you enter the gated backyard you're immediately immersed in privacy surrounded by tropical landscaping featuring orchids, jasmin, banana, and coconut trees. Your private apartment is just down the landscaped sidewalk. Keep walking and you come upon the pool and a slice of utopia. Looking to escape the screaming kids at the noisy and crowded hotel pool deck? There is only one apartment on the property, so you'll never have to share. While I'm usually avail if you have questions or needs, it's not uncommon for guests to only see me at check in. The apt is bright and open with great energy and a minimalistic, uncluttered design. There's a queen size bed with a firm mattress topped with 3 inches of memory foam, crisp bed linens, new Fire smart LCD TV with HDMI access and ultra high speed fiber optic wifi and ethernet access. Guests enjoy a Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel backsplash, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a two burner glass cooktop.
