Cobblestone Inn & Suites Fort Madison

Loved that they provide dinner as well as breakfast! Everyone treated us friendly. Hotel was clean and glad they do not have smelly carpet in the rooms. Also, if you like alcoholic beverages get a coupon for one of those. Plan to definitely stay again.

Nice stay. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Price was great — staff gave us the Iowan discount (shh we are from MN) Very accommodating. When I called to make reservations I asked for a room close by due to mobility and we were given the first room by the checkout. Very nice soft chocolate chip cookies in lobby. Nice breakfast which included biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs etc. We had 2 queens which were comfortable once you got there! Beds are crazy high and we literally used our cooler to assist. We are both 5’ 5” tall seniors. Beds would be the biggest compliment but everything else was a five! Burger King is across the street for quick meal. One issue is it was further from 218 than expected but that was navigator error that we drove further than needed. Sometimes TripAdvisor shows things much further than your search.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! Very clean the housekeepers are amazing, attentive staff, and great breakfast with variety of options. we love staying here every time we visit family. The beds are nice, great AC, pet friendly and much more!

Very clean rooms, pleasant hosts and above average breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the neighborhood. Why they require a minimum of 200 characters to post a review baffles me! It’s probably why they don’t have many reviewers.

The staff is one of the friendliest and professional folks I have come across The rooms are fantastic and cozy ! I will be making Cobblestone In s & Suites my go to accommodations from here on out! As a business owner, I am always on the road, having customers throughout Iowa, Cobblestone is the best! I come to Fort Madison 22 times a year and This hotel is my home away from home.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There were many choices for the breakfast, and the breakfast area was clean and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Did not stay. No elevator & 2nd floor room was dealbreaker. Hotel had no record of my prepaid reservation. Clerk very nice, apologetic & helpful. Was able to get me a room but again, no elevator was a deal breaker so ended up leaving & booking room at Hampton inn in Keokuk. Cobblestone exterior was a big turn off also. Siding in very poor shape
